PNWER RIA Virtual Program Launch

PNWER is celebrating the expansion of its Regional Infrastructure Accelerator program with a 60-minute virtual program launch event on May 9 at 11:30 am Pacific. PNWER was awarded a second, $2 million grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation, which enables the RIA team to expand its focus to new, regionally-significant transportation infrastructure projects in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington.

Join the PNWER RIA team and subrecipients to learn more about our new projects and ways in which we will assist communities and project sponsors over the next two years!

Greater Northwest Rail Summit

The Summit brings together rail experts and advocates to continue working toward restoring a true national rail network that includes service to the largely underserved Greater Northwest.

Legislators, business leaders, academics, and policymakers from the U.S. and Canada will gather in Whistler, British Columbia for PNWER's 33rd Annual Summit from July 21-25 to discuss regional economic best practices and trade concerns. It will be an opportunity to engage with our region's key decision makers on both sides of the border. 

PNWER is recognized as the model for regional and bi-national cooperation, providing a platform for collaboration among public, private, academic, and non-profit stakeholders to work together as a region in pursuit of common goals.
